Vegan on the road, day 11
At first I was disappointed that I had to make a vegan meal out of side dishes for the third time in a row this week, but the potatoes taste so good that I’m not even missing mayo 🙂
I’m also getting used to the sweetness of carrots, but I’m still not a big fan.
